Located within the Cotton Works development, Weave offers a mix of hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, meeting rooms, and event space, all set within a beautifully designed industrial interior that reflects the site's heritage.

Next Phase have been involved in every stage of the project from inception, developing the brand identity, overseeing the design and build process, and shaping the operational model. From membership structures and tech integration to user experience and hospitality standards, we’ve ensured Weave functions as a welcoming, productive, and commercially sustainable workspace.
