Great Sankey Station

Next Phase are supporting Sankey Station Community Association who are in the process of securing the vacant Great Sankey Station building through a community asset transfer. Next Phase has produced and launched social media campaigns to generate expression of interest lists for small business occupiers of the space to support planning and decision-making.

The project aims to transform the historic train station and station house into a dynamic, contemporary food hub, celebrating local produce and building stronger community connections.

We invited food and drink businesses, both established and emerging, to collaborate with the community association to kickstart a wider food and community offer across the station and adjacent station house.
