Sessions

Sessions Food Halls are revolutionising the casual dining industry, creating a 'food-licensing' concept that combines bricks and mortar food halls with a licensing model whereby Sessions develops brands and rolls them out in multiple locations.

They are the owners of Shelter Hall in Brighton, one of the UK’s leading Food Halls. The Guardian described Shelter Hall as "far better than a food hall ever tends to be", and it has become a popular destination venue.

Simon Anderson consulted with Sessions as there Head of Special Projects, supporting the operational and commercial planning for their bricks and mortar food halls to integrate with the business' sophisticated technology offer.
